1. Make a Clear Note:

First and foremost, make a clear note of what is important for you to study. Those syllabus that are essential for your exams, cover them as much as possible. It will help you in advance to study the crucial part of your subject and make you ready for the upcoming challenges in your syllabus.

2. Eat a Healthy Diet:

When your exams are near, ensure that you are having a good and a healthy meal. As this is essential for your body to remain active and concentrated while studying. Eating junk foods and following an unhealthy diet may cause your body to have some severe health issues like drowsiness, vomiting, nausea, sickness, and headache or even make your body feel tiredness. Therefore, it is important for you to choose your meal wisely to remain focused on your studies during the upcoming challenges.

You can have fresh leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts and home-cooked meals to keep your body healthy and avoid laziness by excluding junk foods from your diet. As eating a good amount healthy food can increase the sharpness of your mind.

3. Drink Plenty of Water:

One of the best thing you can do to make your body remain active while studying is that drink as much as water. This in turn will help your body to remain hydrated and produce sufficient energy for you to remain active and concentrated while studying.

4. Exercise Regularly:

You can perform some good amount of exercises such as skipping, stretching exercises, walking, jumping, and push-ups for up to 15 minutes or more. It is also very important for students to have a good deal of sleep which should usually last for up to 8 hours. Sleeping can cure various health issues and tiredness of body thus, energizing your body to remain concentrated while studying during examination.

Taking a nap in between your meals can help you to study more hence, always ensure that too much sleep or sleeping for long hours isn’t considered healthy and can make you feel drowsy.

6. Keep your Room Tidy:

When your exams are near, make sure that your rooms are tidy and well-lit. As these will create a positive environment around you and that will also help you to remain active with positive mindset while studying. An untidy room can make you dull and lazy thus, leaving an unhealthy environment with lack of concentration.

7. Remove Unnecessary Objects:

Before getting ready for your studies, you can remove unnecessary things or objects from your belongings that can create distractions. You can keep some motivational quotes or study tips in your room that will encourage you to study rather than distracting.

Some of the things that you can remove from your room or belongings are that you can disconnect yourself from watching TV or movies delete games that break your concentration stay away from your cell phones etc.

8. Take Small Breaks:

Always ensure that when you sit for study, take some small breaks, drink water and eat a healthy diet. When you take small breaks in between of your studies, your body feels relaxed and energized.

9. Create a Time Table:

When your exams are approaching closer, create a time table that encompasses your daily routine so as to adjust time for your sleeping, eating, exercise and studying.

When you have attended some lessons or having doubts, you can ask questions or get a test all by yourselves. Apart from this, you can also ask for some advice or study skills tips from your elders or teachers or even your friends so, to get a clear idea about your exams.

Asking questions can also help you in getting answers to numerous questions that you remain doubtful. Also, by doing so, you not only clear your doubts but also gets motivated to study harder and creates a sense of deeper knowledge and understanding.
